The Solution
We managed insightful consultancy sessions for Tekton strategic planning through:
- Studying Tekton and deep diving in the brand details which eventually ended in uplifting the name of the brand
- Revisiting and categorizing the products and services based on the relevant furniture market research
- Conducting a customer survey to state their specialty, favorable products and customer segmentation
- Advising with a new sub brand according to the insights we came up with from the survey and the brainstorming sessions
- Analyzing their target personas and developing 4 main avatars to focus on
- Developing communication messages for each one of the avatars along with their precise touch points
- Planning Tekton future communication activities according to the insights gained previously
- We built modernized brand full Image including;
Logo Revamping – Full Brand Identity – Online and Offline Branding - We also created and Implemented the Brand Identity in event branding designs (Le Marche)
